"Express Post Service"

Pre-paid satchels can be purchased from your local Post Office.
You will need to take the parcel to your Post Office, Alternatively you can use the YELLOW Australia post bins by 5PM daily for next day delivery.
Cases are shipped to your practice (FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERIES) with tracking.

*Please check on the Express Post bag as some remote regions cannot guarantee next day delivery.

Wherever it is possible, please send PVS or polyether impressions.
We can pour all case models, helping you with your workflow
With cases, please supply Maxillary and Mandibular models, covering all landmarks necessary, along with any Bite Registrations, as to ensure accurate fabrication of appliances.
When sending case models, please pack carefully and send in bubble wrap/boxes to minimise risk of breakage.
Complete Lab forms (call us to order Laboratory Forms, or download HERE..) including clear instructions on requested appliances and practice information. We will contact you if we have any specific questions. We pride ourselves on the accuracy of our appliances, working with you, to save you time during the insertion appointment.

Work will be completed 7 in-lab days from the day your cases are received by our Laboratory.
Where possible, allow 2 full weeks from impression appointment to cementation or insertion appointment.

Accounts will be sent to you on a monthly basis and can be viewed on your personal Xero login allowing you to view and reprint any Invoices or Statements 24/7 for your accounting convenience.
Accounts are to be reconciled within 15 days of statement issue (the 1st of every month)
